Product Features

It is a hybrid system industrial packaging (Barrel & IBC) filling line designed to fill liquid and semi-liquid products of different viscosities into Barrel & IBC packages with a gravimetric system. The line consists of hybrid system Automated Pallet Transfer Conveyors, Semi-Automatic Barrel / IBC Filling, Plug Removal & Closing Units, Automatic Top & Side Labeling Machines and Automatic Stretching Machine. It is designed to work from left to right or right to left according to the factory's workflow and to maximize the business's space efficiency and works performance-oriented. All operational parameters, conveyors and operator platforms in the machine are configured to meet the product and packaging requirements to be worked with.
