Semi-automatic barrel / IBC filling machine, which works with an advanced gravimetric filling system, fills liquid products of different viscosities precisely. Barrels or IBC packaging arranged on a pallet are placed on the filling platform with a forklift or pallet truck. The operator manually aligns the filling head over the filling opening of the packages and starts filling. According to the set filling amount and shape (double speed / rough & precision filling), the filling head automatically cuts off the flow after filling. The operator aligns the filling head, which is designed to fill without dripping, to the filling opening of the other empty package. The filling operation is completed after the operator fills the packages on the pallet. Again, the pallet / IBC with full barrels is taken from the platform with a forklift or pallet truck, and the empty barrel packaging is placed on the loaded pallet / IBC platform. The machine is configured to work with different packaging sizes.
