BDK 5001.1 PAL - Paint Filling & Capping Machine
BDK X00X.X PAL series machines are automatic filling & capping machines with volumetric systems, very precisely filling paint, construction chemicals and similar products by means of its non-drip special filling head. The machine is equipped with PLC system automation and the cans left sporadically on the conveyor by the operator advance step by step, first going to the filling station. The machine takes the product from the storage tank or level-controlled balance tank mounted on the filling head at set rate and fills the can under the nozzle. The capacity of machine varies depending on the properties of the product to be filled as well as the packaging form. The caps left on the filled packaging on the conveyor are closed manually by the operator or automatically by pushing at the capping station. The machine performance varies depending on the characteristics of the product to be filled. They are very convenient for high performance filling and easy cleaning of the products in the Chemical, Paint, Construction and Textile Chemicals, Printing Ink and similar industrial sectors.
- Equipped with a conveyor made of AISI and Technical Plastics and epoxy painted frame cladded by AISI sheet metal material.
- The parts in contact with the product are manufactured from AISI 304 SS material.
- Equipped with PLC system automation, the machine has electric installation compliant with CE to operate in wet spaces without problem.
- The volume tuning can be made without interruption of the machine operation. Product sucking/filling rate can be easily-precisely set independent of each other so it operates in high performance at repeatable volume.
- Easily adjusted filling volume can be changed during operation.
- Product quantity to be dosed to the containers is precisely adjusted and there is no dripping problem.
- If there is no container under the nozzle, no filling is made.
- Its most important features are independently and easily adjustable filling and suction speeds; precise operation and high performance for the repeatable filling activity while filling viscose paint and other precision products with different nozzles and in different periods.
- The operator in charge of feeding empty packaging can easily have access to the machine with the control buttons.
- The parts of the filling machine in contact with the product are manufactured from AISI 304 SS and Technical Plastic materials. The cleaning is made in a very short time and without the removal of any parts by passing the cleaning liquid through the filling head when switching from one color to another.
- The filling nozzle and balance tank are connected to each other by clamping. The Filling Head is opened completely by two hand-wheels; the filling head and its cylinder are cleaned flawlessly.
- The system prevents air bubbles in the beginning of the filling operation by a switch.
- Washing type is selected from the control panel for cleaning; it is made by automatic flushing with solvent so that short cleaning time uses less amount of solvent.
- All parts in contact with the products are manufactured with high quality surface finishing. Product isn’t deposited or accumulated in corners or edges. Due to the improved and simplified design, flawless cleaning takes a short time when switching from one product to another.
- The capping station located after the filling unit designed according to the type of cap to be closed. Screw, push-on or crimp-on caps can be closed by the replaceable capping heads / systems.
- Replaceable capping heads can screw, push-on or crimp-on caps.
- The caps are left on the filled packaging by the operator before they are transferred under the capping head.
- Cap control photocell controls the caps placed on the container.
- The number of personnel to work on the machine varies depending on the options to be attached to the machine.
